Private Training Sessions

After our consultation, a workout program will be built specifically for you and your goals. This program will take into consideration any injuries and physical limitations you may have, as well as the goals you’ve highlighted for your health. During your training session, your trainer will demonstrate each exercise and provide you with guidance and encouragement along the way.

30 minute session - $40.00

60 minute session - $75.00

Duo Training Sessions

The perfect fit if you and a friend (or significant other, parent, sibling - whoever!) have goals you want to support each other in! We’ll sit down together during our initial consultation and chat about what you’d like to accomplish, run through any physical limitations and choose the timing you’d like. A custom program will be built out for the two of you. During your workout, a trainer will be there to provide exercise instruction, guidance and support. You’ll laugh through your workout, the time will pass quickly, and before you know it - you’re done!

30 minute session - $30.00/person

60 minute session - $50.00/person

Individual Nutrition Program

We’ve all heard it before - no two bodies are the same - so why are we still trying and struggling our way through fad diets and blanket nutrition plans that tell you and Suzy Q to eat the same amount and the same thing over and over again? This is where the struggle stops. With this 3 week custom nutrition program we’ll be diving into what you need to eat for your goals. We’ll address nutrient needs, body systems, your history of nutrition and more. This is a comprehensive program designed for you to overcome your barriers, beat any obstacles and finally reach your goals.

  • When I first started training with Bridget I was ready to make a change. I was also aware I wouldn’t be able to do it on my own. Bridget and I went to high school together and I noticed she had posted that she started her own PT business and was accepting new clients. Book a Consultation

First, we will meet in person to go over your goals, health history and daily life to find the best possible program for you. A program will be built out tailored to you, your lifestyle and your goals.

The Work Phase

We’ll meet during your sessions, exercise, laugh and get a good sweat on. We’ll follow your program - whether it’s nutrition, fitness or both - and make any adjustments as you progress towards your goals.

Maintenance Phase

Eeek! You’ve hit your goal, congratulations! This is where most people settle back into old routines - but not you, we’ll set you up with the tools to continue these healthy habits and maintain your results.

I can openly say that the hesitation was fierce when it came to reaching out for help with my personal fitness. I made all of the typical excuses. "I'm too busy, I have no time, it's so expensive." I finally decided I HAD to put myself first for once and do this for ME! What an incredibly rewarding decision that was. Meeting Bridget and working with her for the last year has changed my life immensely!

Before starting my journey with Bridge2Wellness, I was at my heaviest weight. With two young, active, sports driven boys at home, I felt I needed to change my lifestyle not only for myself but for my children. Our family loves being outdoors and being active but I often found myself missing out or not able to be fully present in the moment because I often felt lathargic, sluggish, and winded quickly.

Since working with Bridget my energy levels have increased, I feel stronger everyday, and I have lost a total of 35lbs.
