I am a fitness enthusiast with a love of food! I founded Bridge2Wellness in 2019, with many setbacks I have stayed resilient to create a brand that is welcoming for all clients to come in and workout in a safe, encouraging space.

Hey hey, I’m Bridget!

Growing up, I thought that size and health was just how the cards were dealt to you.

Now after studying both fitness and nutrition I am so happy knowing you can take charge of your own health and determine your own destiny. You CAN change the way you see yourself, or your physical health. All it takes is a little commitment, accountability and motivation!

I have achieved many fitness goals over the last 5 years of being a certified Personal Trainer, with proper understanding of both exercise and nutrition paired with the desire to grow forward, you’d be surprised at how achievable your goals become.

I’ve worked with a dynamic of individuals - women from teens to late 60’s; men who are eager to improve their health - and it’s enabled me to further my education surrounding exercise for age groups and different stages of life. I’m currently studying to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, aiding in my current training of nutrition coaching.

I LOVE my job. I love waking up and seeing friendly amazing clients eager to workout. It’s inspiring seeing my clients reach their goals. When a client comes in and tells me that they felt WAY better waking up this morning or that they had way more energy at work - or even they were less bloated all week - it just makes my day. It’s a very satisfying feeling knowing I am helping people get where they want to be.

When I’m not in the gym, you can find me outside - in any season! I am a lover of winter and summer activities. The approach of everyday health has caused a massive shift in my mindset since I started training. Each workout I do, each good meal I put in my body, helps me do the things I love each and everyday.

That’s what makes Bridge2Wellness different, we are training for everyday life, for longevity, to beat the fads and find something that sticks.

We are a welcoming, encouraging space that will provide guidance and that bit of tough love everyone needs to work through their struggles (like burpees!) and achieve their goals.

I am so glad you’re here and can’t wait to see what’s in store for you!

See you in the gym,

Bridget
